Shipping Policy

USA orders
Orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days via USPS priority for the contiguous states. Order from Alaska and Hawaii will ship via USPS First class.

International Orders
Ship via USPS First class. After receiving notification from us that your order has shipped, expect 7-14 business days for delivery.
Note: There may be duties, customs, or taxes associated with your order. We are not responsible for these fees.

Refund Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please contact us at kokolili.shopify+customer@makesoftwarellc.com. Once your return request is accepted we will send a return shipping label via email. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Earrings for use in the rook, helix, daith, tragus, conch, snug, orbital can not be returned. Custom pieces cannot be returned.

Refunds

You will be refunded on your original payment method within 24-48 hours. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
